Day #157 - Berkly Island, NJ

Quack, quack.....weather is for the ducks today. Rain, rain go away......Anyway, we took off about 8:00am from busy Atlantic City and slowly made the shallow ICW  today. We had a parade of 3 trawlers: Slow Churn, NJ and Tubby. We stopped for fuel @ Beach Haven, NJ.@ $3.75/gal. Of course it was pouring rain when we stopped and everything got soaked upstairs, but we continued on until our anchorage @ Berkly Island, NJ @ 2:30 and  42 miles later. Tomorrow we hope to go to Toms River and tie up at a free dock.
Congrats "Slow Churn" you made it back home!  Just want to thank you for all your local knowledge. You guys were great to travel with :)
