Day #169 - Frankfort, NY

Took off @ 7:00am and headed toward #14 right around the corner from our free dock.No problem...got right through about 8 feet. The next lock # 15 (8 ft) we had a tug with us. So we kept traveling with "Margot" for the next lock # 17 (40ft)! Lock 18 (20ft) also with the tug. Scot decided to go off the beaten track and pulled into a nice little anchorage that had a floating "free" dock with no amenites (water or elect.) Walked to town and found an American Legion and a great grocery store "Melrose Super Market" and picked up more groceries. It started to rain on the way back to the boat, but we were expecting it any time this afternoon. We traveled 32 miles today with beautiful scenery and sunny skies.
